Probate and Estate Administration is the legal process of proving a Will. This means that it is accepted as the last Will and Testament by the probate court. From here the process of drawing in somebody’s assets, paying off their liabilities and administering the estate in accordance with their Will can begin. Before drawing in assets, and dependent upon the size of the estate, the executors, must apply for the grant of probate.
